This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the procedures and conditions under which users of Rockspay.com ("Rockspay", "we", "us", "our") may request refunds or cancellations for transactions made through our website and mobile app.
By using Rockspay, you agree to this policy.
1. Recharge and Bill Payment Transactions
- All mobile, DTH, and utility bill payment transactions made through Rockspay are non-refundable once successfully processed.
- It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the details (such as mobile number, DTH ID, consumer ID, operator, and amount) entered during the transaction are accurate.
- Rockspay will not be responsible for erroneous transactions due to incorrect data entered by the user.
2. Transaction Failures
If a transaction fails after the payment is debited from your bank account or wallet, and the recharge or bill payment is not successfully processed:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source (bank/UPI/card/wallet) within 3–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- If the refund is not received within this period, you may contact our support team with the transaction details.
3. Duplicate Transactions
If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment for the same service:
- Please report the issue immediately via our support team with transaction references.
- We will verify the duplication and process the refund for the duplicate transaction within 7 business days, if applicable.
4. Payment Gateway or Bank Issues
Rockspay uses third-party payment gateways for processing payments. If you encounter payment failures or delays due to gateway or bank-related issues:
- The resolution is subject to the payment partner’s refund/cancellation timelines.
- Rockspay will assist you in following up, but cannot guarantee immediate refunds.
5. Cancellation Policy
Since all recharges and bill payments are processed in real-time:
- Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the transaction is initiated.
- We strongly encourage users to double-check all transaction details before proceeding.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your Rockspay account has been used without your authorization:
- Notify us immediately.
- We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include blocking the account, refunding the amount, and reporting the incident to relevant authorities.
